Q. Can I apply the traditional way?
A. Yes, although a virtual resume/interview will drastically increase your chances of being PEEKED and PICKED by the Talent Acquisitions team, we understand it's not for everyone so the traditional method is still available to apply for a position you are interested in.

Q. What should my video include?
A. Simply include your personality. Inform the talent acquisitions team why they should make you their next employee. Highlight your skills & accomplishments. Tell them about your work ethic, and what your previous manager/co-workers would say about you.

Q. Should I do a generic or a position related interview?
A. If you are multi-skilled you may want to go with a generic interview. If your skills are more specific and/or you're seeking a specific role, tailor your interview for that field.

Q. How should I dress?
A. You want to maintain a professional appearance. Keep in mind although it's a virtual interview, it is an interview nonetheless. A first impression is a lasting impression so make it your best impression. When in doubt throw it out. Try business professional attire.

TIPS
1. Make sure you are in a clutter-free area.
2. Ensure that you are going to be uninterrupted during the duration of the interview.
3. Dress professional.
4. Avoid using slang and use proper articulation.
5. Don't chew gum.
6. Practice if needed before you record your answers.
